Symbolic Stuff Nobody Gives a Crap About

The Handsome Family........good teeth!

We all had/have this thing called The Barnett Split. It was a gap in our teeth (like Moz has that drives me f***en crazy. :horny:) Mine grew in with time and filled up, but I had it as a kid, Robby had his corrected with braces, my dad still has his, and my grandpa lost his when he had all his teeth removed and bought implants. Those aren't his teeth, they look nothing like his original teeth actually.

My bosses who I love very much are birders. They've been traveling the world a very long time spotting Lifers. On their first trip to China they became friendly with a young Chinese girl who was a helper on their bird tour, she got snacks and helped with the luggage for the group. Long story short, they took her in like a daughter and she moved to America and lived with them for years, she was like their first charity project, (I'm their second.) So Gloria did well, she went to nursing school, fell in love with a Jewish Brazillian doctor named Hector, they had two kids and live in a mansion in Beverly Hills. Success! (In their eyes money=success. That's not my sentiment.) Today is their first son's Bar Mitzvah. He's a good kid, I know him from gatherings and holidays. I sorta wish I was at his Bar Mitzvah, I love those things. Silly little kid suddenly busting into ancient secret language oration? Sign me up! The temple isn't big enough though so I'll stay home and clean my house instead. :D Finally a day off, even my grandma turned down a matinee at the mall so I could have a day off.

Sweden is an anagram of Wednes, or Wednesday.

From wiki: "The name is derived from Old English Wōdnesdæg and Middle English Wednesdei, "day of Wodanaz", ultimately a calque of dies Mercurii "day of Mercury"."

So what if Morrissey's fascination with Sweden is actually rooted in his passion for Mercury? (Hint:MM)

Look at the two sweet lovers jumping into each other's brains and private parts for a little 4th Sex at last I am porn? :sweet:

Figure 11: Zürich, Zentralbibliothek, ms. Rh. 172, fol. 27v. Aurora consurgens (ca 1420-30). Mercury in the form of a serpent decapitating the Sun and the Moon. Gold and silver flowers in a vessel on the fire.

Nice tights.

Orrrrrrrrrr...the girls and the men are prettier in Sweden. And they recycle a lot.

This is recent great footage...I think it's recent. It was posted on 9/16. A butterfly lands on the face of a woman in the middle of a flute competition. Though they often symbolize metamorphosis and change, in LOTB a butterfly is "better life" and "feel better." My mom wanted to buy butter yesterday at Costco and we were standing there joking for the longest time about how big the butter containers were, she wanted to make a great point about butter. Maybe she was waiting for my radar to scan this clip. She was standing waving at nobody in the aisle a minute before the whole butter conversation. Maybe someone was getting moony thoughts, that's why I did the F thing.

Anyway. Mother Nature caught on camera Magic Flute style.

Message from Kaybee:

And as everyone knows, disturbing a grave site (no matter what’s buried there) is one of the top ways to provoke ghosts.

He's super, super busy here. Are they building a gas station or something?

I take the words that are related and analyze the different parts from then and now. Brady & Cone. Worth & back. Etc... THen sometimes something pop media just told you will link them up and send you in a direction. It's picking up a scent and going with it. But sadly the beginning stages of picking up a scent often reads as  but there's a method to the madness.

I'm gonna lay down in the spa where they coat you in molasses. Oh no!

This is great, I don't think it's Phoenix great though. Some F18's doing a maneuvers through a vag-ey canyon. If you've ever been to an air show or a top fuel drag race you know the nitro is powerful as f***, every passby is literally rattling those guys teeth, but the footage isn't great. I do like the November Spawned a Monster element though.

Hey Morrissey. Do you want me to rock the vote or what? I'm conflicted.

How are those road conditions today?

Don't apologize for Georgia. Be thankful she has me in her life and an intelligent, sleeping mother. We're going to the fair tomorrow. Do you know she's already punning? She's not even 3 yet and dabbling in advanced Bird. It's frightening and wonderful to witness.

Isn't that weird? I think it's obscure enough. I think I do that all the time (answer my own questions,) I don't know though.

Cutter's are cool. They're job is to pick a calf out of a herd and separate it from the herd. They lock eyes on it and bully it into a different area so a cowboy can vaccinate or brand it or whatever. But they dance. It's a real skill. Barrel racing is the sport of cutters, but cutting is their job. It's neat to watch apart from the yuk of cow business.

Cowboys take the credit but cutters do 80% of the work.

Baby I won't make you sign a pre-nup. :sweet: :p

This is how God works. He wants me to go see a movie.

So the complex I live in is pretty festive and a lot of people decorate their doors and windows for the kids for every holiday. I have just started collecting stuff to participate in the tradition now that I feel pretty solid here. I saw this skeleton in a gift shop in Cambria and bought it for $40, it's wood and pretty sturdy and will last my lifetime, I thought why the hell not. So at the cash register I tell the lady I wanted the skepeton in the front of the store, but instead of ruining her display asked if there was one in the back. She said there was and brought out this heap of bubblewrap and tape and put it in my bag. I get it home and unwrap it just now and there's TWO skeletons in it. Twins. I suppose I should either mail the second skeleton back or send them another $40 and keep it have them holding hands or something, but at any rate the lesson in this little story is to go see that movie. I may have to add it to my G List along with Bridesmaids and Avatar and Ruby Sparks and...:D
