Anyone received Plymouth tickets yet?

Bought tickets direct from the Pavillions box office but they haven't appeared yet. Has anyone received tickets from them yet or should I be contacting them?

Panic over. Just spoke to box office, have to collect tickets in person. Doh!!!

They won't send them out to you unless you request them to unfortunately.. You will either have to ask them to send the tickets to you special delivery or collect them on the day (or before if you are near by). I got them sent out as I knew I'd end up forgetting the id needed.. By the way they charge £5 for special delivery, free for normal mail.
