ah, as for pre-show: I would highly suggest the "Sand in the City" (http://www.sandinthecity.at/) which is just around the corner of the venue.
Its a huge place acutally, but I think morrissey-fans will find each other anyway

as for after-show: nothing planned yet, there is the "OST-Klub" a few hundred meters from the venue (Schwarzenbergplatz, http://www.ost-klub.at/) - should be open, and would fit best, I guess.... hope to see everyone there!!
