The file from amazon was 2.2 gigs, I ripped the DRM and converted it and it's 1.11 gig now(same quality more or less). It's slightly too big for megaupload. I tried zipping it but it would only compress to 1.08 gig. Any suggestions?

That's huge. Is it an avi file?

Most movie files on the internet are usually in avi format and are less than 700MB. I'm not sure what programs people use to rip them but that's usually the file size I see for a full length movie or special. You should try converting it to a smaller size and format.

For a file that big, I'd recommend putting it in a torrent.

Slingfile.com, if you can get it under 1GB. An easy way to compress it a little, is to buy (or somehow 'aquire') the pro version of QuickTime, which allows you to save in quite a lot of formats/qualities.
