    Default Morrissey & Siouxsie again?

Siouxsie & The Banshees are playing in Japan right before Morrissey; maybe they'll perform Interlude!?

yes i heard this too, but she hates him, so i don't know how much of a chance there is of that happening. It would be worth it just to see the combo of shows.

Does she hate him? Oh dear. Our Beloved does have a distressing habit of alienating people.....

However, she was really shit on that track........

Yeah, it was on the website awhile back how much siouxsie hated working with Moz. it's in the archive somewhere. I was really disappointed with the duet as well, esp. since it took me awhile to find it. Marc Almond's duet with Siouxsie was better.

They recorded that track separately. She didn't actually sing 'with' Moz.

A clash of big personalities I reckon, Siouxsie once gave a swift knee to the groin to Robert Smith so at least Moz didn't get that treatment.

I noticed a comment somewhere about Siouxsie being "washed up", none of it, the last Creatures album 'Anima Animus' is fantastic, Siouxsie is an absolute genius at creating these dark pieces of work, modern day presenters of the dark side are laughable in comparison. Also on that tour of Anima Animus they were well on song, although I feared for Siouxsie's safety when she started swinging the mic about, if you haven't got that album get it.

I've also heard a rumour that SATB have reformed - hmmm.

I think she did say that Morrissey's mum dictates his career.... so she knows him fairly well.

...I thought the album stank to high heaven.... she sounded like she was making the songs up as she went along.... and the lyrics go down as some of the most mortifying ever written... cringeworthy.

Nice sleeve, though. But for a fill of the Creatures, look to the best of 'Bestiary' or the fantastic 'Boomerang'....

I've got all The Creatures stuff, and I think this album is the best, most of the other stuff is a bit too sort of tribal for my liking, this one is closer to the banshees. Lyrically its not that sharp, but musically I think its great, those songs are brilliant live.
