The great singer/songwriter David McComb passed away earlier this week following an automobile accident.
McComb led 80's Australian band The Triffids to massive critical acclaim, particularly the 1986 masterpiece "Born Sandy Devotional". Their last LP, "The Black Swan" was produced by none other than Stephen Street.
David was a great talent and will be missed. Do yourself all a favour and seek out a Triffid cd. You won't be disappointed.
