Morrissey and World of Morrissey

Hi everyone, first-time poster here at M-Solo.
I can already feel the love!!!

Can I just tell you how freaked out I was after
reading the interview from a few years ago where
Morrissey admitted to being happy and living
in L.A.? I'm really glad that he's happy and
enjoying California, I guess I just never suspected
either one could happen! But I suppose if I had a
view overlooking Johnny Depp's pool, I'd be
a much happier camper as well.

Today I listened to 'World of Morrissey' a lot.
This is one of my favorite Morrissey compilations
(of the many that exist). All the songs just seem
to flow in a rather hyper way. I don't think I
have ever been able to play "Billy Budd" less
than three times in a row - It's a propulsive
little number. I have it on a 1-track promo, but
alas, no artwork.

Come on Moz, step out of the mansion for a day
and give a little something new!

Wait am I on the right board?

Oh I get it, you're a Morrissey-solo virgin. Don't worry that's a good thing, trust me Reading your post made me realize how jaded everyone on here is. And you actually want to talk about Morrissey... Excuse me while I get some water.

Hehehe. Trust me, I may be a Morissey-solo virgin (and
it feels so good inside) but as a veteran of many a
mailing list, I know the depths of jadedness that a fan
can experience.

One great thing about Moz is that I never get tired
of hearing his music, and I never get tired of talking
about it! Nor do I mind completely off-topic tangents.
This board seems like 'the' place for fans, so I'm
rather excited to be posting.

My first big question is, what happened to Gary Day????

I'm glad you're here, I like your spirit

Umm hehe geez what did happen to him? All I rememeber is something
about Morrissey dropping him after he and then Gary saying oh well
it's all a blur really. Anyone?

Welcome!

Soon you won't talk about Morrissey, drunken demands, since everything was said and done. Just a new album could save this tragic situation, or a tour.
