Trip to Manchester/London in mid-March

Hello all:

In mid-March, I'm finally making it out to the UK for a visit to London and Manchester to serve as a Smiths/Joy Division musical pilgrimage.

I'm looking for some fellow Smiths (and Joy Division fans) fans from London or Manchester to join me in the quest and hopefully, show me the ins-and-outs of these famed cities.

Any info on decent local bands or good haunts would equally be appreciated.

hi Max, I've done the Moz Manchester trail twice now with fellow board members, & will happily do so again, work permitting but if you let me know asap when exactly you will be up in Manchester then I'll do my best to make sure I'm off, would prefer mid week, but not the 21st March I'm in Dublin that day.
Actually the 26th is good for me, I've definately got the day off.

Why not spend some time on the Leeds side streets on March 16th. There's a quality Smiths/Morrissey night on at Quo Vadis.
Its also the Leeds Beer Festival on the same weekend.
