It says tickets went on sale this morning at 9.42 (what an odd time?) but you can't book tickets yet...

This seems a really strange place for Morrissey to play in the Netherlands. It's all the way in the east, close to the German border.
Most artists stick to Amsterdam/Rotterdam/Utrecht.

it certainly will be hard to get tickets
it's on the German border, well 8 miles, and not that far from Belgium, so
it'll be lotery/luck

Yeah, it's pretty far, about 1,5hrs by car. And I just sold my car.
I'm not going to this I think.
The day before I'm already seeing Editors in Amsterdam and the day after Arctic Monkeys also in A'dam.
I already have a front row seat for Sheffield, so I think I will just leave it at that.

thanks, in 84 i was in de meervaart, saw him in utrecht, tilburg, duesseldorf 92 etc., but it seems easier now to go to london or munich from amsterdam than this one. i have a ticket for the rah show. maybe we can rent a bus?

Yes, I was in Dusseldorf 92, Tilburg, Deinze, etc etc too, but I'd swap them all to have been in De Meervaart, 21 april 1984...
I've never met anyone who was there!
