"Morrissey (or God, or whatever you want to call him...) has sold his US home and is in negotiations to buy a UK residence so he can start on a new album for Sanctuary."

          I love Moz and I'm glad he's moving back to blightly. Something about "british" Moz that just makes it more romantic, instead of East L.A. Moz Been a Moz fan since the demiss of The Smiths and I just fell inlove with his whole "british-ness" and sometimes sharp witt tongue towards America.

          Moz your US fans will always love you, even if you do move back home. This is only MY opinion.

          Thank God hes coming home pity its not Salford though.Anyway I feel Morrisseys material is better when he is living in dear old blighty and it really reflects in his music,he takes a lot from this countrys culture and I beleive he just used the US as a tax haven.

                  I think it's absurd to suggest Morrissey will return to England. For a start, he is only avoiding paying a LOT of money to Joyce by using a legal technicality that he is a U.S. citizen. And we all know how he is rather mean with his money.
                  Furthermore, why would he move back? He has already stated before that he frequents Heathrow often to visit, i doubt he is THAT desperate to see his social circle over here anyway, he is not that sort of a person. He gets all the privacy he needs and craves in L.A., have you seen his gorgeous house? In fact, did anyone watch the documentary on him? He is having a whirl of a time sunning it up and cruising through Los Angeles. (Anyway, he would look silly riding his moped through the streets of Salford!)
