      Not my favourites i must admit, they should include a bonus cd with the unreleased tracks (striptease etc) and maybe some nice artwork may make this a must buy but i really doubt it.

        Does anyone know just how Rhino determind the track list: Are they selected by Morrissey himself, A fan poll, write ins by fans, Rhino exectutives...just curious.

        As far as the tracks...they'r pretty reasonable for a best of Morrissey cd...

        What songs do you think they left out.....to all the negative posters...

          I actually think this list is better than the EMI version i was a little surprised to see some of the tracks i know that another re-packaging is against most people's beliefs but if Moz isn't going to release another album these things will happen.

            What about Asian Rut......or Sorrow Will Come In The End.....shouldn't those be on this "best of" list???? (yeah right).

            If you're like me, you like all of the songs, so don't bitch when a company is nice enough to make a nice little mix CD for the home or car.

            It may also get a few more fans, which may drive a new album, which may....you get the idea.

                just another way for the record companys to make you spend $15. I hate it and i love it at the same time, if they are going to make a compilation they should include tracks such as i can have both, i dont mind, and glamorous glue. they should throw in some "other" stuff instead of the typical tracklist, and by the way i agree with that statement fuck bin laden. i hope that his ass is skinned alived.

                very happily shocked to see "lost" included. very disappointed to see "speedway" omitted. it is good to see that they strayed from the singles a little bit...although "do your best and don't worry" confuses me. it's a good song but there are plenty better and there are even better songs on "southpaw" if that's what they are trying to represent...oh well, at least it's rhino doing this comp. they are the better when it comes to reissure packages...although their "rhinophonic" remastering is usually kind of lasckluster...

                  rhino's compilations usually consist of songs that could be liked by people who aren't fans of the certain music featured on the compilation. i guess they're just trying to make a buck. even though this isn't bad selection for a mediocre label's compilation

                  i'll probably buy this one cos i'm mad.

                  one non-single from vauxhall isnt enough.
                  'speedway' or 'why dont you find out 4 yourselves' should appear somewhere...then drop 'hold on 2 yer friends'.

                  im glad 'sing your life' is here and impressed with the omission of 'ouiji board' and 'satan' !! BUT still as predicted there are no demo's , live out-takes or extra tracks.

                  look out for the next mozz compilation where another company do a full b-side album with yes you've got it no new tracks....

                  for reference - in the u.k. 'hairdresser on fire' doesnt appear on 'viva hate', its only on the suedehead single....

                  the only thing i havent got on the album is the usa promo of 'now my heart is full' which ive heard and its barely different.

                  'trouble loves us' would of been a good choice, but then again the record companies love us, (not).... ;-)

                        Thats it its all Over, Morrissey is done with, i have lost all hopes of ever seening him again live on stage. He has not done anything new for years. And if he has un-heard music, we wont hear them till hes dead. Again all hope is lost to ever seeing the great Moz live again, he has gotten old, and so have we. Its been about 4 years snce we saw him on tour..... Its sad to say, but MOrrissey is not comeing back!
