                I can't describe the way this song made me feel when I first heard it and the way it still makes me feel. That guitar makes me ache, and the lyrics make me ache just as much. It spoke to me like I had never been spoken to before.

                              Masterpiece, indeed... I just recently purchased The Queen Is Dead for a friend who's never heard of The Smiths and they emailed me in the middle of the night explaining how their life has changed because of the song "I Know It's Over".

                              In my humble opinion, that is the pinnacle of Morrissey's career. Maybe not Marr's, but, to me, Morrissey has never done better than "I Know It's Over".
