  • Don't complain about lack of options. You've got to pick a few when you do multiple choice. Those are the breaks.
  • Feel free to suggest poll ideas if you're feeling creative. I'd strongly suggest reading the past polls first.
  • This whole thing is wildly inaccurate. Rounding errors, ballot stuffers, dynamic IPs, firewalls. If you're using these numbers to do anything important, you're insane.

  • The all time best opening line to ANY concert: At a low point in popularity Morrissey played a really tiny venue 30 minutes outside Baltimore, MD. The place looked like a tiny VFW, when he came out he said something like (forget the exact words): "Welcome to the Cohen Bar Mitzvah" It fit the room hysterically perfectly!

Stockton has an annual Asparagus Festival and just so happens that he played the first night of the festival that year. Having been from Stockton maybe I thought it was a little more clever than people who traveled for the show. Just always sticks out in my mind.

Anybody who has ever seen him live has a their own favorites from the shows they attended.

    A couple of mine are

"Good evening. I am Marilyn Manson"

    "Me, Morrissey, Eu-Gene."

The man is far too prolific a quipper to narrow it down to these paltry few offerings.
