  • Don't complain about lack of options. You've got to pick a few when you do multiple choice. Those are the breaks.
  • Feel free to suggest poll ideas if you're feeling creative. I'd strongly suggest reading the past polls first.
  • This whole thing is wildly inaccurate. Rounding errors, ballot stuffers, dynamic IPs, firewalls. If you're using these numbers to do anything important, you're insane.

If he did Boy Racer or basically anything from that album, I'd shit. It would be great.

Not only that, but he had a style all his own that makes recreating some Smiths song live nearly impossible. Live footage shows that even Marr himself had to make quite a few compromises.

I'm not dissing on Boz or Alain, but some of Marr's work is totally inimitable. Big kudos to them for "How Soon Is Now" on the last tour. Definitely not my favorite Smiths song, but it's a difficult one to play well, but was nevertheless one of the highlights at the Oakland show.

Anyway, what I'm getting at is this: with all due respect to Moz's guitarists, they would do well to be selective. Even Paul McCartney and Pete Townsend have gushed over Marr's abilities. How about "Rusholme Ruffians"? It's all open chords with a kick ass bass line.

If Morrissey and company have played it live before can anyone point me in the right direction? Getting back to the poll, I think I’d like to hear ‘Come back to Camden’ or ‘The hand that rocks the cradle’. A cover of ‘Anybody wanna take me home?’ by Ryan Adams would be interesting, although admittedly a tad obvious. Speaking of Adams does anyone know what Morrissey or Marr think of him? I’ve been unable to find any comments from either.
