"To be great is to be misunderstood" and once again, it looks like even Moz is no exception.

if morrissey says moby is good, then i think the only loyal thing that we as morrissey fans can do is to go out and buy moby's records. there's too much cynicism and in-fighting between 'intelligent' music listeners. come on, morrissey/moby fans - let's stick together!

Moz was just quoted as wanting to be a pig farmer, Moz/Pig fans -Let's stick together. Please. I'm sure this Moby thing is just a phase for him, there's not enough depth in Moby's music to sustain such a great mind. Think for yourself.

I find Moby's music to be unintelligent and boring sounding. there are way more electronica artist that have more creativity and imagination than that idiot. he absolutely does nothing for me. morrissey knows nothing of electronica, and could care less for it. moby is one of the few mainstream electronica artists, and frankly, the one who gives electronica a bad name.

I agree that as far as electronic music goes, Moby is not very interesting. I actually like his old techno stuff better, back when "Go" was his biggest song. I think that he is trying a bit too much to be "innovative," which is reflected in the music. Aphex Twin is by far the master in making experimental electronic music, and his music is entirely HIS. Try listening to A.T.'s "Windowlicker" and then you can see what Moby doesn't understand.

At least Moby tries new things, which is more than Morrissey can say. All Morrissey can do is miserable me, miserable you, and miserablism. And by the way, who has a number one album in the UK, and who was nominated for a Grammy? Lastly, who has a record deal again? I will give you a hint, it is NOT Morrissey!

I happen to like Moby. I don't LOVE him, but I enjoy some of his music. And no, it's not because Morrissey said he likes him. I remember wanting to go check out Moby at the Coachella festival, but when I checked the schedule of events, I found out that Morrissey and Moby were going to perform at the same time but on different stages. Heh, guess where I went.

I been a long time fan of The Smiths and Morrissey. Even though I love him to death because he meant to much to me when i was growing up and I will always love him, he's a has been that needs to retire to save his good name from any more embarrassment. His glory days are over. He has become a sad caricature of himself. I mean how many times can you sing about sadness, loneliness, or depression. His new materials sux. Its the same *** he's been doing for what seems like 100 yrs now. After a while, you have to question if its even sincere anymore? These days, i'm as excited to get his new materials as i am to go to the dentist. Why? Cuz its the same old recycle *** he's been doing. It lacks any excitment or sense of importance. Maladjusted was ok and southpaw grammer was just awful. I long to feel the way i once did for The Smiths and Morrissey, but sadly that ship has long past.

Moby's like the dance - Morrissey. He's a vegan, flirted with celibacy, his best works behind him and now suburban Americans clutch him to their corn-fed collective chest. Skinhead, but without the muscle and the aggro tempered by Christianity. Personally, I wouldn't have thought he's Morrisseys type.

Please, wake up you donuts!!!! Morrissey refers to the gayness of MOBY. I guess that's the only thing he likes about MOBY. If he's serious about loving MOBY's music. TIME HAS COME TO SEARCH ANOTHER IDOL. I mean dance music can make everyone even a monkey with a hat on.

Uhmm... for a moment I tought he could really meant that he really likes Mobyīs music , but now that you mention ..itīs quite logic, and flirty he might not just like his music.. definetely Moby is more handsome than the Stipe style, thing that of course is NOT of my bussiness.. but Iīm glad that Morrissey accepts more things, talking about music vanguardia, itīs time .. itīs time ,I think all his hate(if thatīs the way people want to call to see things clearly)comes from this vile mercantilism in our vigorous 2000 society. Oh and I do support Moby , heīs an artist, and as a matter of fact he gives and regenerate the good name of electronica UnLOVaBle , I know I am

I want to apologize to everyone for being such a ball sucking bastard.I am gay, and get a very short lived thrill from saying very mean things about our lord and savior. I suck so much ass it isn't even funny, I'm the turd in the toilet that just won't flush, I hate myself, the sad thing is after this I will probably say bad things again, but know this...from this point on, I never mean what I say, I love Morrissey.

Is "he was nominated for a Grammy" really an argument for quality of music? I would be offended to receive a Grammy. Didn't Ricky Martin win one? Moz should hang his head in shame that they found out about him in 92. Luckily he escaped the stigma of having won.

strangely enough, i hate most dance music but i like moby as moz does! he does loads of things, not just electronica, punk and thrash and all that. i went to one of his concerts and it was great, everybody had a great time and he was really quiet and sweet and said thank you after every song. maybe moz likes him coz he has an obvious and different personality, unlike most djs, he participates in the music more, eg singing.
