This is the first time I hear this rumour and it is probably made up by the newspaper but the second article says that Moz wanted to embark on an extensive tour prior to the recording of his new album (which is to be called Oye Esteban and released with an independent label), to achieve perfection in his sound and total tunning with his bandmembers before he presents his new material in Great Britain.
