A local alternative rock station in Chicago has just finished it's 1011 greatest songs of the century. Morrissey placed #258 with "Everyday Is Like Sunday" and the Smiths placed #15 with "How Soon Is Now?". You can check the link below to view other chart positions from Morrissey and the Smiths and the complete list as well, Thanks to all and have a happy New Year, Love, Lidia.http://stage.q101.com/new/essentials/promotions/onair/top10113.htm

KROQ in L.A. is counting down the 300 most requested songs of the '90s. Of course, KROQ sucks so I won't be listening to hear if Moz even made it. When I turned it on the were on like #35 and it was No Doubt. That's why I never listen to the radio. Hang the D.J.s Hang the D.J.s Hang the D.J.s

KROQ's playlists and 'personalities' are crap. Ditto bosie. I am surprised Morrissey charted with "Tommorrow" as I have never heard the song on the station; however, I often enjoyed "the closer I get" on WHFS. Have others reviewed the HFS list and noticed the mediocretins who place higher?

It's not surprising that crap bands and performers would be above Morrissey in the WHFS poll. WHFS has gone from a decent station to a crap, corporate radio station. How many times do you have to listen to Limp Bizkit or Blink 182 every goddamn day? A 100 times a day especially since that's what it seems like with 'HFS. The only thing I enjoy with 'HFS is the flashback brunch when they actually play some good music for a change like the Smiths and Morrissey! Plus, the DJ's suck over at 'HFS. Bunch of fake, ass-kissers. I know, very angry.
