2nd San Francisco date - Maritime Hall (Dec. 10)
Posted on Fri, Nov 19 1999 at 9:01 a.m. PST

From Kimberly:

This email is from a SF radio station. If you scroll down, you will see that they are announcing the second show for Maritime Hall.. it says tickets are available, but they're not.. and it says the 12/11 show is sold out, but tickets seem to still be available online... so I don't know how accurate this message is.

The king of asexuality…Morrissey is alive and well and returning to the Bay Area. Tickets are on sale now for the second (chronologically it's the first) of his Channel 104.9 shows at Maritime Hall (SF) This one is 12/10...12/11 is SOLD OUT

"King of asexuality"??

Perhaps I'm the one who's wacked, as I think Morrissey is ALL about sex. Especially his concerts, which, far from showcasing a "king of asexuality" on stage , are the most sexual concerts I've ever experienced.

HEY MOZ ...dont you think youve spoiled the West Coast enough??? Have you forgotten that the east coast has legions of fans too?? Or you dont care....I mean i guess its kinda cool when you have teeny screaming fans who probably come see your shows out there...but doesnt it get kinda boring after a while?? I mean who has MOZ conventions??? Lets get serious!

I was able to buy tickets for the 10th. But I could not purchase them online (thru tickets.com), I had to call in for the tickets (which are $30 + $5.00/ticket + $3.00 phone order fee.) But I got them!!! I just happened to be going to SF for a weekend trip when these shows came up, so I am very thrilled that I can now go! (I couldn't make the 11th)

The phone # for tickets.com is (415) 478-2277.

Hey thanks for the heads up. I got tix for the Dec. 10th show as well as Dec. 11. Now i don't feel so bad that I traveled to Las Vegas in October from SF and had the show cancelled. I know I didn't travel the farthest or anything, but didn't want to do that again for the two Vegas shows(like I could afford it) so this is just perfect. A great Birthday present for me!

Hey Cristina id like it too if i had thousands upon thousands of brainless idiots screaming at my show like if it were BACKSTREETBOY concert...it obvious the east is far too disciplined...and the west...well...the west...PRETENTIOUS as always. Heck if i were a star id love it too!

Morrissey,

"WHAT DRUGS ARE YOU ON"
You Suck NOW !!!

And the fabric of a tutu
any rebel could get used to,
because most of them are gay.
Their whole macho thing is a big front.
They dress horribly too, so does Morrissey now.

If you haven't purchased your tickets yet for the show on the 10th, got to tix-to-go to get them (http://www.acteva.com/ttghits.cfm?EVA_ID=131). They are WAY cheaper. $30 for the ticket and a $1.50 handling charge and that is it. I was ripped of at tickets.com!! ($37.00 each)
