Las Vegas tickets - on sale Sat. Aug. 28, noon
Posted on Wed, Aug 25 1999 at 1:25 a.m. PDT
by David T. <david@Morrissey-solo.com>
From Alainsane:
Pursuant to my doubts, I called House of Blues directly, and indeed, they confirmed the existence of that concert. As of 2:00pm, the woman with whom I spoke had no ticket price information, but she said that tickets would go on sale this Saturday at Noon. Noon? whatever. She said that Ticketmaster would be handling the sale, too, though Ticketmaster.com shows no news of the concert either.

If anyone wants to call him/herself here is the number for the Box Office at House of Blues 702.632.7600

I can't wait. I'll be there with bells on.

Warren, I have already talked to a lot of fans who are going to the show. There is a casino in Las Vegas that has a lot of flashing lights on the front of it, and a big flashing sign. You can't miss it. We'll meet you there so we can hang out before the show.

p.s. Bring your hackey sack.

... a casino in Las Vegas with lots of flashing lights in front of it and with a flashing sign, huh? Sounds just about like every other place there, doesn't it?

I normally don't sink to the level of commenting on such statements Ray, but I believe Roy around the fountain was being sarcastic.......In fact, Ray Charles could see that!

WWW.TICKETMASTER.COM is not updated with the concerted yet. The last concert they have playing at the "House of Blues" is Echo and the Bunnymen on October 23, they should be adding the MOZ conert soon.
Hey check out my Morrissey web site at http://www.netvaults.com/morrissey

Don't expect anything to be updated on Ticketmaster's website until thursday night, maybe friday morning (its weird how they sometimes tix go on sale for a say wednsday but the announcement comes like on a friday).

Either way, I also doubt you can go to a ticketmaster to buy them (for those in L.A. area) so better buy them on-line or get your phone's speed dial ready for the Nevada ticketmaster. Worked for me last time ;)

I just checked the Ticketmaster website. The Morrissey show in Vegas is now listed and they do go on sale Saturday at noon. The show is all ages.
