I have to admire a guy who writes for pay and admits his writing is crap.
But I have found a writer even more vague and brown nosing than he can ever be, so he has been dethroned. You are let off the hook, David. It's the guy who wrote Elvis Costello's biography. It's like reading the Cliff's Notes of a Travel pamphelet.

Oops. I misread it. I thought that this was part of a press release and not a newspaper article.
I guess it was wishful thinking on my part.

As for Bret's book on Moz "Landscapes of the mind". That's a total suck-up to the Moz (although I suppose that's preferable to a Albert Goldman type). But man, Bret even included writing the book as it was a major highlight in Moz's career, and how much Moz and his fans liked it. jeez.. Not enough books about moz's solo career, though.

people can make fun of Bret all they want, but I'd say a guy who regularly appears on E's Hollywood Mysteries & Scandals is fairly successful. I love AJ Benza's snide remarks.
