Here's the description in Time Out:

Official unveiling of Maggi Hambling's statue of Wilde, by the writer's greatgrandson Lucian Holland. Among those present will be Chris Smith MP and Stephen Fry, plus Dame Judi Dench andNigel Hawthorn, who will perform from Wilde's work.
