Indeed -- there are quite a few scholarships out there for higher level education for foreigners in the United States. Looking online would definitely be a good idea.

Journalism? I might recommend Duquesne University, although it is somewhat more expensive than the average school. You might do fine with the University of Pittsburgh in Oakland. Are you thinking of moving here?
