I too went with a guy that seemed slow at the gate and all I was looking for was a kiss. We went out on a few dates and after the third one I thought fur sure I was gettin kissed - it didn't happen. The forth date I got pleasantly pissed, he asked what color was my lipstick and I said "Come fuck me red" surly he got a clue-Nope!
The next date was watching videos at his place, we somehow got to rough housing and wrestling. He said I better take off my glasses in case they got trashed. I said only if you promise to kiss me. He was a bit shocked but we finally got to kissing and then I just couldn't control myself :)
I guess my point here is take some initiative, he may just think he has a new friend.

I agree with Lucretia. Just take intiative. Drop some hints and see if he picks up on any. It's just so funny how guys cannot read between the lines. They take so long to even attempt anything, that you finally just say, F**K IT, and move on. I'm pretty sure he likes you also and he's just shy to say anything. You can also tell him straight out that you are interested in him. That's hard for me though. But anyway, I hope I was some help and GOOD LUCK! :)
