Do You Really Want To Hurt Me, Do You..Want To Make Me Cry?!
Then you've wasted your time! There appears to be someone on here who assumes that they know me, yet they do not realise that their assumptions are based purely upon what *I* have chosen to reveal!
I have never liked to draw attention to myself in person - I don't mind, though, drawing attention to myself on an *intellectual* level! - for the very fact that I am aware that I am actually very fortunate in the looks department. And, please don't anyone take that as bragging, but I do find it most ironic that someone on here believes I could be otherwise, perhaps because they conceive me as "OLD". Well, when I do become old I think it will be correct in saying that I shall indeed age with *grace*.
Again, not to brag - I've some flaws as most of us would do - I've been the envy of many who suffer from merely lack of good genes. Because I"ve known a hard childhood, I think it held me in good stead to never be conceited by my good fortune in the looks department. So, no, a sore spot has not been touched because someone hit the truth...it was touched because I'm so *un*-used to anyone thinking I'm *not* 10 years younger...and I am annoyingly (others have confessed their envy, yet I am really so modest!) *proud* of it, too!! ;)
So, it is not so much that I write this because I take umbrage that someone implies quite the opposite of what I really am, but that I laugh (and also along with some friends) at such erroneous assumptions! One of my friends even suggested that 1 of these Anonymous people could well be an in-bred closet-case living out in no-man's land...yes, I could see the possibility of San Francisco threatening their limited life-style, LOL!
Well, since Haze has recently told us in the journals of his own decision to put his photo in Sweetnesss' cyber-party within her website, it seems our Anonymous person has stirred my own sense of vanity that I may just send Sweetnesss a photo of myself now that everyone knows I'm a woman...may as well show how attractive a woman I really am!
"Why do I come here, If I'm so very good-looking?"...like I said, I'm not conceited - and hate un-invited attention - but I relish various modes of intellectual stimulation...the brain is the *sexiest* organ of them all!
