Highlights from Morrissey Symposium in Limerick
posted by davidt on Wednesday April 29 2009, @02:00PM

Sean writes:
I would like to share some experiences of the recently-held Morrissey Symposium with fans who couldn't attend.

As most of you will be aware, the symposium took place on April 24 and 25 at the University of Limerick in Ireland. Presenters and attendees came from as far away as the USA, Australia, mainland Europe and Canada for the two day event.

You can view my blog for a short and informal review (with pictures):

posted by davidt on Wednesday April 29 2009, @02:00PM

Dana writes:
The Go Rilla! Gallery is hosting one of the biggest artistic tributes to Morrissey and the Smiths. We are still looking for artists to be in the show. If you could send us two pictures to art@gorillagozilla.com of past work to see if you will be right for the show. Please note that we have a lot of emails coming in for this so it may take a while for us to get back to you.

Thank You,
Dana Harvey

Down Kill Up Poll
How do you feel about Morrissey dropping the F-bomb during his recent concert in Hamburg, Germany? (suggested by Ken Stavitzke)
I support Morrissey's response
Morrissey could have replied differently
I am undecided
I don't care
