MESSAGE FROM MORRISSEY.
The slapdash release of Morrissey live at the Hollywood Bowl is done by Warner without any consultation to me whatsoever, and is in breach of their terms as laid out by themselves in an agreement made for the film between Warner and my ex-manager. Being Warner, predictably the sleeve art is appalling. It is the work of cash-hounds, and I urge people NOT to buy it. I am not signed to Warner, and no royalties from this dvd will come to me. Please spend your money elsewhere.

i have been informed that via the web they are saying jerry has passed away, he has NOT passed away his health is declining and off of life support but he is still with us! i can't even begin to address how i feel about what nonsense is flying around out there. if something is going on you will hear it from me! thank you for
keeping jerry in your hearts and prayers. mike

I have confirmation from a reliable source that the news is unfortunately true.

I am devastated to post this email from today .....
with a heavy heart and no breath in my chest i want to let you know that we and the doctors have done everything possible for jerry. even though he did make snail like improvement these past 31 days he is not any better for words and has not had any consistency in the tests that the medical team have done for him. at his time the hemorrhage has done massive damage to his body which will leave him severely disabled and in need of acute care for the rest of his life. we know jerry wouldn't want to live like this in a vegetative state. the family has made the decision to speak jerrys wishes and with draw life support. i am truly devastated don't know what else to say. thank you all for your support through this terrible time. please keep jerry in your prayers! mike
