Not bad. Very tired. I started new medication and stuff. I was going to write because i couldn't remember whether i'd replied to you or not. I have this terrible habit of reading things and thinking that i have responded. The job is fine for now, just temporary which is how i like it.. I couldn't do it all the time. The weekend was alright, i don't remember that much about it, so it must have been fine.. I am slightly busy these days and having problems adjusting and can't really remember one day from another. Some adjustment time for my i think.. Did you enjoy the party? I had a moment like that on sunday night when i thought i was working and discovered at 9:30 that night that i was off, yay! Hi Alasdair! How are you? Did you have a good weekend? Do anything exciting? I go back to class on Tuesday. I went out after class last night to a party and didn't get home until 2:30am and then had to get up early to meet my Mom for mass. I am exhausted. I thought I had to get up early tomorrow but just checked the schedule and I can sleep in. So glad... Hope you are well. Love, Laura ; )
.. It doesn't sound very exciting. It sounds like they were putting your joy at risk by getting you to attend that.. Do you have to go back? Or was that it? Did they even hint towards some kind of point in that whole exercise? Man, life is tough enough without all that stuff.. I am doing well and hope you are still enjoying your time off?
Alasdair, you would not believe what i did in the "Students AT Risk" class. First of all we had to look at some paintings by an artist. Then he asked us questions. Then we were to draw a pictture of a pumpkina dn shade it, then the same with a witch, and third a bird. We got out at 6pm rather than 10... I even was complimented on my art. So much for learning how to help at risk students...
What like suicidal risk and stuff? Or things like ADD and autism and the like? Have a great time - strange thing to say - but you may have a good time. It's always good to learn new things. I must try it sometime..
It is a class on Understanding Students At Risk. I am taking a bunch to go up on the payscale at work. Glad you are doing well!!... Off to go get ready...
