Friends! We're finally bringing a Smiths & Morrissey event to New Years Eve in NYC. We'd love to spend the evening with all our lovely friends. Hope to see you there. Many thanks to you all for the support over the years.

New Years With The Smiths

The Smiths made their US debut in New York on New Year's Eve 1983. Tickets were $20/$25. Madonna opened. In honor of this we present our very first New Years with The Smiths this Dec. 31, featuring us four lads, The Sons & Heirs (A Tribute to The Smiths & Morrissey) and special guest Doug Gillard (Nada Surf) - plus other surprises - at Brooklyn's Littlefield. Don't bother with Manhattan on NYE, we've got you covered in Brooklyn. Consider your plans for the night settled.

This is so much rugbish! I better get my stones back from this Thursday's show....wait..this is a fantasy show. I figured it out now..it says "NY" not LA or San Diego or Vegas or Pomona or San Francisco or Fresno. Anonymous-

Apparently tribute acts are for " tards " I was told by some anymouse on the rare smiths tracks board.

That's terribly false advertising using a picture of him from at least ten years ago. I realize he did it himself with the yellow shirt for this year's tour poster, but it is silly. Understandable, but silly. He looks like hell these days. And his concert last summer sucked, big time. Everyone around me was bored out of their minds. He does not have it anymore. Time to retire.
