TTY: Santiago Festival Goes 100% Vegetarian for Morrissey

Just Nov 14 when he plays? Why not the entire festival? The headliner should have this type of power.

No "flesh products" will be available, but who is going to stop them from bringing in bacon wrapped hot dogs and their own animals to be slaughtered and eaten in the crowd? Anonymous-

Oh ! Not vegan ? So not animal friendly just like Glastonbury.

I think it's a one day festival. But, that aside, your point is entirely valid. I fully expect him to release a horde of ravenous pitbulls into the audience so that they can avenge their porcine and bovine brothers and sisters. Anything less would be meaningless gesturing and abject hypocrisy.

Hear, hear! ....actually Pit-bulls are bred to be violent and are by nature (given the right environment) quite cuddly and lovable creatures. woof !

pitbulls will head straight away for the bacon wrapped cheese dogs.

its the type of festival that attracts a couple hundred punters and is held in a parking lot?
