Morrissey to headline SOS 4.8 festival in Murcia, Spain (May 1) - true-to-you.net

Another Spanish date added to the Bullfighter Tour 2015.

There'll be no mercy in Murcia should he cancel.

Feed him to the bulls.

in some ways i think itd be cool to see him sing bullfighter dies to places like this and see what the reaction would be from fans and the press. as for canada, there are not many places to play in canada as its not very populated and most will come to the u.s, which is easy for canadians to do, to see a show. cant do that if its another continent so in some more practical ways it kinda makes more sense to me. a balance in stance on position and practicality of fans seeing the shows makes sense imo but i can see why some people would find it more ideologically unbalanced

At first glance I thought it said Murica.

He should tour there.

"Murica, your head's too big."

Don't quote me on this but I have heard rumblings that Bob and Doug Mckenzie are going to reprise the song as "Sealclubber Dies, Ey" for a new Canadian comedy tour they are undertaking throughout Canada in 2015. I wonder how this will go over? True or false :paranoid:

fantastic song by a very bright guy whos tellin it like it is. america has great things and horrible things in its past but most just dont care at all. "you dont wanna listen you dont wanna understand so finish up your drink and go home"

I know this is out of context but Morrissey is pretty much calculon from Futurama

It seems as if Spain is the only country where bullfights take place. In all Central and South America (except Argentina and Chile) bullfights are much more popular than in Spain... but nobody raises the matter when Morrissey tours Mexico or Perú. Hem hem.

i thought moz himself did with his shame of mexico post. there were a bunch of negative response in that one i think if you wanna dig it up

I'm from Murcia but, fortunately, I don't live there anymore. It's a city of square minded people, who rarely respect others who look or think different. I'm sure the press and people will criticise Morrissey for his anti-bullfighting song. I'm very glad he's going to play and campaign in a land of meat eaters with little respect for animals. I wish I could go to see him and see people's reactions!

I think him and the band like the whores in Spain the best, second to Mexico, I guess their nasty desires are more important than psychos killing bulls.

Oh, and by the way I am talking about female whores not male whores. He's not gay.

I'm starting to think that a N.American tour is becoming less and less likely as he books more and more Euro-dates.

Bullfighting and Bull-running festivals are still popular in the Provence region of France where Morrissey recorded his last album with the sprightly pop number The Bullfighter Dies?

Could the two be in any way related?
