Alma!!!

Just got back from the gig.

Of course Alma Matters wasn't played...

Same setlist as in Krakow, identical order.

Best sounding Mozzer gig I attended, I quite like the balancing of the setlist, 'Yes I'm blind' and 'Asleep' being my favourites.

He was dressed all in white, encore in black shirt.

He didn't talk much, just said 'Berlin is a wonderful city. If you're living here and think about moving ... don't bother. If you're British and think about going back ... Don't!'

The long stop gap in Speedway at the end was quite strange, silence and darkness on stage for about 30 seconds ...

Sighhhhh :( He should really kick "kick the bride down the aisle" down the aisle. Don't get me wrong but I don't like it.

When did Anna Calvi start her set?

And at about which time did Moz enter the stage?

I was at the club exactly at 8pm and only heard the last 3 songs of Anna Calvi's set. She must have been on stage at 7.30. Audience seemed to be quite ignorant. The intro video gets longer and longer with every tour, the picture quality is not at all within 2014 standards... Mozzer was on stage at 9pm sharp.

Neither does the ghost of Violet Mary Firth. She won't shut up about it. I'm like "He does him, I do me, go talk to the f***s down at the league office, this is out of my jurisdiction." :D

Thanks a lot for this, I will need the info tomorrow!

Instead of Alma he played Certain People.

Yet another splendid gig. Sold out, very appreciative crowd. Even most of they new songs which I'm sure quite a lot of people didn't know before were well received.

Right before Meat Is Murder he presented a stencil, exclaiming that Berlin might even more beautiful if everybody'd be using it in Order to spray paint public buildings.

Another bit of banter before the encore: "If this was your first time, thank you. If it was your last time ... well, ok!"

Cheers, Flrn

Great gig, I just wished he'd change the setlist a bit more.

I arrived around 6:50 due to family obligations. People were cueing up for at least 100/150 metres from both sides. I have never experienced that at Moz gig in Germany. So I could only make to apr. row 10 - 15.

Anna started at 7.45 pm. Certainly the best support Moz has had for 10 years or so. Audience seemed to like it.

Moz started around 8:50/8:55 and played till 10:25. As mentioned same setlist. Great sound as mentioned too.

Moz seemed to enjoyed himself. A "Guten Abend" at the beginning and a few "Dankeschöns". He (again) mentioned how beautiful the city is and recommended that the Brits present at the concerned should seriously consider not going back. Before "Meat is Murder" he encouraged the audience to spray "Meat is Murder" throughout the city to make the place even more beautiful. He said it would be only fair given the meat industry adverts.
Boz was introduced as coming from "Leipzig".

Where does one obtain the stencil he's been mentioning during this tour?

I hope he's giving them away. Thugs be poor, yo.

They are selling them at the merch stand. And no - before you ask, I don't know how much. All the currency changes between each country confuses me!.
