Day after Belgrade Morrissey is in Zagreb, Croatia.

I have a question about the tickets in Belgrade.
I'd like to know what differences there are among 3 kinds of tickets.
(partar, fan pit and VIP)

I'd like to afford "normal standing ticket" but I know nothing about this venue.
Every ticket has seat number?
VIP is the best?
Please tell me details if you know.

It's not a seated venue. VIP area will have a bar and a few bar tables - I don't think there will be stools. I suppose VIP area will be on the left or right side, fan pit is in front of the stage and parter further back.
