This must be 'south with Morrissey' which was withdrawn from release , some gotten promo's, so it was just
a matter of time, parts come out

[ps ' a short part, a trailer has been on this side, when it would be released, it was that part where Morrissey walks
through a market, or on the streets]

Alma Mattters sounds great,and the Oye Esteban Tour was folowed by the MorrisseyTour girls, II thought they even made
, or 1 or 2 [they other were stuck in the van of SACK], i mean they had a site and footage from whole the tour was on that site,
one gig was broadcasted on TV, which this might be part of]

Footage of the Sao Paulo gig has been available on Smithtorrents since at least Dec 2009.

That set list is a dilly - wish the whole concert was available in video of this quality. The Chile radio broadcast from that month is great, too - unfortunately, the video taken of same is hit or miss.
