Seems to me, if he canceled all of the US dates...illness or otherwise, he should be making up THOSE shows first! Just sayin'

It would not surprise me to see a small handful of US dates either in December or January. He never made it to New York and Chicago for WPINOYB, let alone the other mid-to-large markets that fell victim to the latest round of cancellations.

Of course, as others have said, maybe he'll just need to wait awhile due to his unfortunate status as an extremely high-risk gamble at this juncture, based on his poor performance history in the US over the past 2 years.

He's already tried. Last years tour was to make up for the previous US tour he cancelled. He can't keep attempting to play the US - the place is obviously cursed.

He must be in good health, as for insurance you must need a physical. Hopefully we will get him back in the states this winter.

I really, really wish this would happen!! Somehow it seems that won't happen anytime soon. :( Living in Canada, it's tough to make it to a show, since he won't come here anymore... places in the US closest to me are my best bet. I am holding out hope but it's fading fast... Truly, truly disappointed.

A usually legit chick told me there will be no US shows in 2014 or early 2015. (I'm not saying there will be some after that, just that December, January and February are definitely out.)

Would you rather him go on with the show while sick? You can get a refund and watch a live recording, but you'd prefer that he do the show with a fever? Oh-kay.

Those cities that time of year for a guy who cancels when he gets colds...good luck.

This is what he should do down the line. (I have a feeling Europe was tentatively on the books before the America tour even started.)

He should do a midwest/east coast make-up tour in the Spring, and END it in Canada DURING the seal cull, breaking his longstanding boycott and sending a message that he's here for the seals. THen donate 100% of profit of a little one day festival that he has the fanpower to make happen to seal cull prevention and awareness. Just talking out my ass here but it would make more headlines and awareness to be on the frontlines with Greenpeace choppers overhead and Peta people and Humane Society all promoting and pulling for this event.

Then the following year? The coves of Japan. Take the music (and the instagrammers and tweeters and facebookers and cameras) to the battlefields. Let the social media kids be the eyes and ears of awareness. Let it be their idea.

There are five concert halls at the TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht and We are Scientists are playing at one of them on 28th October

Seconds out, round two.....

I'm sorry to spoil the fun but 'We are Scientists' playing at 'Tivoli de Helling', it's another venue, ten minutes away.;)

I am not one of the moaners who comes on this site just to slag Morrissey off - but I have to say that if he only plays the one UK date at the 02 then I will be seriously pissed off. I've been around since "Hand in Glove". Britain sent him off into the world - he owes us more. I live in Scotland but would settle for Manchester if he does not make it to Glasgow or Edinburgh. At least 6 UK dates should be the minimum we deserve.
