The sad part is that they mostly look like Vanilla Ice. There's a huge difference between a quiff and just a big wall of hairspray.

Morrissey himself looked splendid in '85.

I'm delighted for fans who've crossed half the world to get to Salford Lads Club and the 50th gig. They are to be admired.

I doubt whether any of our haircuts, figures or wardrobes would stand up under close scrutiny, so please don't all be so mean so much of the time.

Yes, we salute you for making the effort...at least the birthday weekend concerts went ahead and were wonderful, so you didn't have a disappointing end to your ocean-crossing travels.I hope you all had a fantastic time and got some good memories to take home with you.Also the weather was great in Manchester compared to what we normally get (and have got today-Rain!)
