and the other tracks Alain has uploaded on his myspace music profile. They are very strong compositions.

"Sideways" seems like a hit musically, and could only be fit together perfectly with Morrissey's vocals. Can't you hear the possibility? Very beautiful.

Now we're really stuck with the cruddy Jesse Tobias.

Jesse in Moz's band really sucks and I'm tired of it. His song writing is some of the lamest music you'll hear (tired, uninspired and very pedestrian) and it's not like he's some sort of fantastic guitarist either. He's just a run of the mill professional guy. There are hundreds like him around. Nothing special there.

    Stop with Jesse Tobias already.

I find it very disrespectful on Morrissey's part to exclude Alain from the album's recording sessions. Say what you will, but there's no denying the fact that Alain resurrected Morrissey's career...twice. Like some fans have already stated..."Morrissey needs Alain more than Alain needs Morrissey."

Aside from a few clunkers, Alain's writing has been pretty consistent over the years. I can just image how a Tobias/Boorer album would sound like!

Alain is the opposite of Morrissey.
        He's genuinely a nice person.
He's not afraid to venture outside his comfort zone to expand his musical abilities.
I don't know him personally, but I bet he cares for other people than himself.

He writes some great tunes, but unfortunately got a little too popular.
