Unfortunately I have to think that the article is not a product of genuine thinking. It is like a patchwork of previous malformed scandals, and one incoherent subject moves to another without any connection between them.
And the term "Dandy" is an anachronism better suited to describe those handsome men who were rich lady pursuers who wandered about in the 19th century balls longing to become a part of high society. They were the gigolos of the past. Morrissey is not a gigolo.
