"Some of you may remember our seminal holiday hit from a couple years ago, "Too Much Eggnog", in which David and some of his friends got together, made that title make sense and recorded Christmas themed parodies of radio hits. This year, we decided to take that concept to the next level with even MORE eggnog, and made all of the parodies after classic 80's hits. So spread some holiday cheer, make this your profile song for the week and share it with your best friends and loved ones! What better way to show Grandma you love her than to play her a song about your drunken uncle?

...And if a double decker sleigh crashes into me
to die Christmas night is such a jolly old way to die
there is a fruitcake that never goes bad...
(Parody of "There is a Light that Never Goes Out" by the Smiths)

I only discovered it when checking his Wikipedia entry a few months ago. Bad holiday parodies aside, they play respectable guitar-based "alternative" pop.

of course they put the "good" part at the very end. assholes. that was so very terrible.

even for a novelty xmas song that parodies songs from the 80's, it was bad.
