I have been a part of the beta of a soon-to-be-released online PC game called Hellgate:London from Flagship Studios. In the second hub (or player town), there is an NPC (Non Player Character) with a recognizable black quif named "Steven Patrick". Speaking to this character will reward the player with quests to complete with names such as "Panic!" and "Bigger Than Others". He also quotes from "How Soon Is Now" and "Panic" when you speak to him.

The game is due out in the USA October 31st, and there is a thread on their forums about the Easter Egg here (registration required).
