Please Moz--leave her home or at the hotel. We saw her whole horrible gig last time. And her smart-ass attitude and comments towards the fans because nobody was really there nor into her during her performance didnt endear her to the folks that were actually paying attention. We'd rather see Moz videos instead of her shrieky voice.

All those bitter anonymous coward(s) (probably just the same lone troll posting all over the place) give me increased confidence that the tour dates will go on, be made up, and be fabulous!!

I'll be going to the shows next weekend and at Myrtle Beach.

Has anyone ever been to one of his rescheduled concerts in the past? Will Kristeen Young open again? Does he redo the first 7 songs and then continue? Open with 7 new songs and continue? Sing whatever we didn't hear back on the 26th? What can we expect in terms of a set-list?

the "4 days' rest" bit had me laughing, becasue as i watch fox intro their game of the week i read that line and can't help but think of morrissey as a starting pitcher. is this how the rest of the tour will go? can morrissey only go every fifth day? is he taking a cue from roger clemens, cole hammels and the like?

Morrissey, or his handlers read this site. (Score:0)
Finally Morrissey does the right thing. In the past he would have responded like a true flake, and forgotten about any canceled dates. I'm sure that Morrissey, or someone associated with him reads this site, and realized that if he didn't keep these dates like promised, then it would seriously affect his profile this time around.

It's sad that as fans we had to wait this long for such tactful behavior from the man, but you have to start some time, even if it's at the age of 48.

Could Morrissey finally be learning the basic responsibility traits that he was never forced to learn as a child? I hope so. I'm not an abused housewife, so my mouth won't simply stay shut on the matter.

Remember children, people will be respectful to you if you demand it. Otherwise, they will use you as long as you allow them to use you. Without the numerous complaints from fans about past canceled dates, it is unlikely that this show would have been rescheduled. However, we'll see what happens with the rest of the tour. Morrissey rarely completes a tour, so don't make any lengthy travel plans just yet.

Anyhow, thanks for finally growing up Morrissey, even if it's only for one day.
