but isn't it strange how most American comedians, if they are aware of him, hate and ridicule Morrissey yet he is an idol to a lot of British comedians?

There's definitely a difference in the sense of humour of the two countries.

I don't know if anyone's aware but he appears on FOX NEWS' The Half-HOur News Hour show, which is the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen....he just hates Moz because he's a right-wing FUCK!

personally it doesn't bother me at all when people hate on Morrissey. I think its funny. I get made fun of all the time by my friends. I thought the Henry Rollins bit making fun of Morrissey and the Smiths was hilarious.

Whatever, to each his own. Looking forward to seeing him on Thursday and Friday!

I'm a 30-something and I embrace the internet a bit but not whole-heartedly. What I can't understand is why this man thinks his inane dribblings are of any consequence or interest to anyone whatsoever - what's more, why the frig do people actually seem interested in what this nobody has to say and then take their own time up to comment on it? Baffling
