All date and venue information for Morrissey's forthcoming U.S tour will be announced next week. The tour will begin in Stockton (California) on 27 April at the Bob Hope Theater. All tickets for all shows will be available on 17 March.

                        A note for Chicago fans (Score:1)
                        Hey everybody! I had tickets for the last Chicago show, but I fell very ill the night before and COULD NOT make it. I have a chronic medical condition (kidney disorder) which causes me a lot of grief. I hope to see all of YOU when Morrissey hits Chicago (hopefully) during this 2007 tour. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers, and- if you hold my place in the queue- I will buy you two treats from Starbucks.

                            my prayers have been answered. moz is coming here to east of Eden. Stockton is where the original 'skid row' was born. former home to cannery workers, now home to many sons and daughters of mexican migrant workers. home to the asparagus festival!!! Stockton--what a great place to start the tour. and just 18 miles away from me.

                                Well I attended night two of the Pasadena shows and the songs that I would have enjoyed not to hear were:Youngest, Hero, Dear god, Boy happy and Daddy's voice. Honestly, ROTT is not as good as Quarry, hands down. To me you are a work of art would have been a dream song to hear from ROTT. He sings this song quite passionately.I wanna hear some classic stuff like:

                                  If you don't like it, save your money, bide your time & wait for Sweet And Tender Hooligans or someone to play your town.

                                  i was so close. me and my girlfriend were finally going to he the man, the myth, the legend, morrissey!! but not so fast, cuz he canceled the Houston,TX and Austin,Tx dates due to "illness" last time around. plz moz come back and make it up for your fans. you did play dallas, but left the other two out. please come make it up.

                                  People have often complained that Moz tours are announced in a very disjointed manner - a couple shows at a time (and then several of them get canceled). For once, it seems that the US tour is being handled the way we have always asked for it to be done. Put all the shows up at once so people can decide which shows they want to see. Let's hope it comes off smoothly.

                                            I moved to Stockton about 3 years ago and have always thought that The Bob Hope Theatre would have been a pefect venue to watch a Morrissey show. My wife and I are excited as hell and can't to see the Mozzer peform in person again.

                                            Words to the wise : for those you out-of-towners looking for lodging and meals, I recommend staying towards the north side.

                                              So yesterday I've flippin' through the channels and come across CSI LAS VEGAS on Spike TV...some dude was murdered via a meat grinder...all that was left of the victim was hit left arm...when the female detective(or whatever she is on the show) walks up to it she says, just "like that Morrissey album MEAT IS MURDER"...anyone catch that episode?
