Starter For Ten is actually a very good book.
It's by David Nicholls, it focusses mainly on Kate Bush but it's good.

Apart from "Please Please Please", the best song on this compilation is definitely The Style Council's "Long Hot Summer". Anyone who hasn't heard it needs to check it out ASAP!

The Man with the Child in his Eyes was released in 1978 (actually according to the album without the "The" in front). I wonder if this led to a title of The Boy with the Thorn in his Side in 1985, or has this ground been covered?

It is scary how obsessed FYS is with David T. It was the same with Alan A, BG,broken,Uncle Skinny, and Sami.I believe he developes an infatuation with them, they are unobtainable to him and it turns into obsession.
I fear Morrissey may be next with FYS obsessive infatuation. Has anyone notified the Italian authorities?

Freeyourself's problem is medical. I heard him telling someone in the park one evening that he'd been born with an undescended testicle. The NHS doctors bombarded him with hormones to stimulate the movement of his testicle into the scrotum. But their plan backfired: the testicle got lost and ended up in his frontal lobe (it was only the size of a pea) in a similar way to the one in which FYS gets lost every now and then on the way to www.goldenshowersbears.com and ends up instead on solo. Once again society must pay the price for science's failure.
