This Charming Ben writes:
San Francisco's own Smiths tribute band will be visiting Southern California for one night only at the Troubadour this Friday, January 12th! It was way back in August that we last made our way down there, so we're going to make this trip count. We'll be joined by local rockabilly outfit The Border Hoppin' Boys, and it's sure to be a long night of celebrating the songs that saved our lives. Come and get warmed up for the upcoming Morrissey gigs in Pasadena!

Why would you go and pay to see a tribute band when you can pay money to see Morrissey in Pasadena? It's not like Morrissey is dead or retired to have all these bands want his fame!

        Moz Krew votes for TCB! The "other" band attempts to take on [his fame]on loan. Morrissey is still alive, yes. But will u ever listen to him sing many Smiths songs?
