The Pet Shop Boys played two nights before Morrissey at the same venue, and in the middle of the concert I saw them enjoying Moz´s concert. Even lip-singing "William it was really nothing"

Tennent made some bitch comments about Moz (Score:0)

recently. How he didn't really care for his solo songs, but quite liked the Smiths etc.
wonder if the concert made him change his mind...

Neil Tennant on Morrissey (Score:1)

At his Oxford lecture in the 90's, Neil Tennant was asked who was the best songwriter of his generation (apart from himself). He replied: "I'll have to say Morrissey".
