There's a comprehensive review/preview of the new album on this site and a Morrissey essay competition for anyone interested.
Essays 500-1000 words on the subject "Morrisseyism - what does it all mean?"
Deadline for submission of essays listed on the site.
Not sure if this is an official thing like the myspace site or done by a journalist but the review is excellently written.
Sample: "Elsewhere, potential singles "The Youngest was The Most Loved" and "I'll Never Be Anybody's Hero Now" capture the old pop Morrissey at his best, while weirdly droning closer "At Last I am Born" - along with "Pigsty" - help to foment something essential in "Ringleader." An Italian children's choir makes a guest appearance, jazzy horns turns up on the chipper "I Just Want to See The Boy Happy," and Ennio Morricone trumps the delightfully ersatz synth strings on "Quarry" with some beautiful string arrangements. Although the spirit of Marc Bolan seems to loom large over "Ringleader," this feels like it was written and recorded in around 2006, instead of sometime in 1972. It takes elements of the past and turns them into something thoroughly vibrant and modern."
well worth taking a look

Trouble is, we know next to nothing about who wrote it and so can't assess how objective it is. Still, the criticism of Southpaw/Maladjusted at least suggests someone who has some level of objectivity.
Thanks for the review!
