I can't believe he's playing Germany's biggest and worst festivals. I dispise all the other acts there. Why can't he do Haldern Festival?
BTW: The Smiths cancelled Rock am Ring in 1987 (of course). Is this a bad omen?

Caution (Score:1)
Wait to hear it confirmed by the man himself before getting excited and certainly before buying tickets for it.

Morrissey Live (Score:0)
I love Morrissey and have for years and years but I must say he was disappointing in concert. I have only seen him one time but from what I saw and what I read in reviews he plays such short sets for someone with so many albums to pull from. An hour and fifteen minutes doesn't cut it when you have tons of solo and Smiths material. I was disappointed but I also saw him on the Maladjusted tour...Rough. Roy's Keen live...But seriously, do you all really believe he is the best live act you've seen? For me the Cure and Radiohead (OK Computer tour, not the crap they're doing now) were far better even though I don't necessarily like them better than Morrissey/Smiths.

Pricey tickets in Oslo (Score:0)
450 kr (50 Euro), that´s 150 kr (20 Euro) more than Franz Ferdinand two weeks earlier.

I hope its worth the price!

You are stupid (Score:0)
If you buy a ticket to this event before Morrissey has confirmed it himself.

You all know what these festival organisers are like. They'll advertise a name before it is confirmed.

Mit der Teilnahme am Rock am Ring/Rock im Park Festival wird
Morrissey erstmals wieder nach langjähriger Deutschland-Abstinenz
in unserem Land auftreten. Die Marek Lieberberg Konzertagentur
arbeitet zudem fieberhaft daran, weitere Dates in Deutschland mit
dem Künstler abzustimmen. RaR / RiP: 2. & 4. Juni (Pfingsten).

All of you don´t know anything about Rock am Ring. Look at the RaR Line-Up. I agree the are many big "Rock Bands" like Metallica who been there but also smaller intellectual Bands like Madrugada or Morrissey in this year. I think there are musicians at RaR for everybody.
