Sanctuary facing a "serious loss of capital"

Scanning the boring websites of the day, I came across this story concerning Sanctuary:

Morrissey's label is miserable now - Accountancy Age, Nov. 3

Basically, this could have serious implications on Sanctuary's ability to continue as a viable operation. Might be an idea not to get your hopes up on the latest album just yet...

Sanctuary news is becoming more and more embarrassing. How can they treat these top artists so shoddily in neglecting the business and effectively running it into the ground? Malpractise seems to be the order of the day there. Any overhaul this time will seriously have to be very tight and controlled because one more slip on deck may well sink the ship. We would be sorry to see that, but I think, building on his success with YATQ, and based on the impressive confident collaboration he's rounded up for this album, it won't take Morrissey too long to find a successor if it comes to the crunch.

does Moz have enough money of his own to finance the launch of an album by himself?

'[Sanctuary] is understood to have treated advances to artists as assets rather than expenses.'

Dear Santuary,
My name is Math Tinder, and although I have no formal training in accounting, I would like to offer my services. As my first name might imply, I have a basic understanding of the difference between the 'plus' and 'minus' functions. On both a calculator AND a computer! BOTH! I can even do maths on paper if you want! Maybe you will even need some multiplication and division services, you say? No problem! Additionally, I am sure that my rates are lower than those of 'auditors Baker Tilly.'
