Found out through the so cal MLS that mozzer's house is listed for sale at $1,995,000. It's on realtor.com for anyone that wants to do some sleuthing, I don't want to be responsible for calls to his realtor! The photos show that he's already all moved out. LA will miss him!

Funny how so many reports came in at once...lots of people who just happened to be driving by, yes?

In the pictures on Sotheby's, you can see where Mozzy showered and where he made his toast.

Celebrities like Sting, Tom Hanks, etc. have homes there and every house is multi-million dollar paradise. I dated a girl living in it years ago and would marvel at it all (and her)... I think it is very interesting that some of the people here that have bashed Moz fans here over the years for visiting his house in L.A. ended up travelling from far away to do just that... I live a few miles away from the L.A. home for sale and yes I did see the house (he wasn't home) but that was 6 years ago and I have stayed away since then out of respect for his privacy. Overall, it's a testament to his love of music and his consideration for his fans that he's continued to put up with people hanging around on his doorstep for so long and that he deigns to speak to them. Didn't he once say that he had to move from Manchester because people were banging on the windows at all hours?
For once, could we calm ourselves down, put aside our selfish concerns, and consider that Morrissey is a real person who, from time to time, would appreciate a little privacy.

Remember the big story on here a couple of years ago from that disgruntled member of Morrissey's road crew that said people weren't getting paid? He mentioned the above a few times...
