From there you can see pictures, read a bio, and most important hear music clips from their upcoming album, which is ready to be released! Keep a watch out for when they post dates for their next gigs!

In the meantime, Libertalia will continue to consider offers both new and current for this tour.

Morrissey/Smiths mentions all over the bio section, a couple of Morrissey photos in the photos section...those things aren't happening without Morrissey's approval...

        So where did Alain go?

My personal guess: anxiety attacks leading to stage fright. It happens to performers--even performers who've been on stage for years--all the time...

Red Lightning is his way to ease back into performing...

(I hope the above written bullshit turns out to be true!)

Morrissey's control and art direction has always been obvious on both Alain and Boz's works. Listening to Alain's personal projects makes it even more blatant.

While the general line is decent with even a few moments of real quality, it always lacks of editing and "preconception". The production is bland, the guitars sound exactly the same on every song and the voice and the melodies are frankly completely forgettable.

Although I never was a big fan of the lad, I've always considered him as a very acceptable guitarist. But he is definitely not a singer. Listen to the falsetto on "Baby Come Back" and run back to Moz, he'll set the pace for the rest of Alain's days...
